Peregrine Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Delmar Place team in Delmar, NY. The role includes assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring medications, and ensuring adherence to rights and PSL policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition per policies.
• Assist in monitoring medication programs and dispensing per orders.
• Support residents with medication administration as required.

Salary: $25.00 -$30.00 per hour – based on experience

Shift differential offered for night, evening and weekend shifts

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include:

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.




• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.




• Assist in monitoring medication programs.




• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.




• Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with rules and regulations and PSL policies.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Education & Experience:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.




• Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population




• Compassion for and desire to work with elderly, required.
