Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living seeks an energetic LPN to provide compassionate care to our senior residents in the Albany, NY region. The role covers daily living activities, medication monitoring, and adherence to regulatory standards to ensure resident safety and well-being.

The ideal candidate will hold an active LPN license, have at least one year of experience with seniors, and demonstrate genuine compassion for elderly residents while supporting a team-based care approach.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population.
• Compassion for and desire to work with elderly, required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, incontinence care).
• Assist in monitoring medication programs and dispense medications per physician orders and MAR.
• Monitor and report resident changes in condition according to rules, regulations and PSL policies.

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicatedLicensed Practical Nurse.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include:

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Assist resident with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
• Assist in monitoring medication programs.
• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
• Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with rules and regulations and PSL policies.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Education & Experience:
