Traditional Home Health Care (Pediatric & Adult Skilled) is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes and, when needed, school settings. Shifts include Weekday and Weekend options with full-time and part-time schedules available, across various locations in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities include implementing the plan of care, administering medications, patient assessments, and coordinating care with clinicians.

1: Thursday & Friday 6:30pm-6:30am - Saturday & Sunday 10:30pm-6:30am

2. Thursday & Friday 6:30pm-6:30am - Saturday & Sunday 10:30pm-6:30am

Sunbury, PA:

Monday - Friday, school accompaniment, 8:00am - 3:00pm/Shikellamy School District

Sunbury, PA:

Trach/Vent overnight shift available

Dewart, PA: Wednesday 7:00am - 6:00pm/Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6:00pm - 11:00pm
