Traditional Home Health Care Pediatric Division is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our in-home care team in Danville, PA. The role covers weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules, with flexible hours from 7am to 4pm in many cases.

You will administer medications, implement care plans, and provide one-to-one nursing support in patients' homes and schools, ensuring quality, continuity of care and patient education. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.
