Traditional Home Health Care Pediatric Division is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our in-home care team in Danville, PA. We offer weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules, with competitive pay and weekly direct deposit.

Our nurses provide one-on-one care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes, administer medications, implement care plans, and educate families. Flexible hours, supportive team, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in pediatric and adult home health care settings preferred.
• Flexible scheduling and ability to provide one-on-one care.

Responsibilities

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Rate: $28-$32 per hour

Immediate Need: Danville, PA: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm, home hours & school accompaniment
