Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company in Missouri is seeking an LPN for full-time night shifts to support residents with compassionate care. The role involves assessments, medication administration, discharge planning, and wound care, while coordinating with CNAs and the care team.

You will follow protocols, document findings, and respond to emergencies. Licensure as an LPN is required; benefits include health, dental, disability, vision, 401(k), PTO and access to telemedicine.

Qualifications
