Job summary

Charwell House in Norwood, MA is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our care team. You will conduct assessments, admit and discharge residents, perform wound care, document findings, and lead CNAs and CMTs while ensuring adherence to facility protocols.

• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols
