Job summary

Stonecrest Healthcare is seeking a dedicated LPN for night shifts to provide compassionate resident care and maintain high care standards. You will assess patients, document changes, and support the care team in a nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities include admissions, discharges, wound care, and supervising CNAs and CMTs while following facility protocols and safety guidelines to ensure quality resident outcomes.
