Reliant Care Management Company seeks an LPN for the night shift (6:00p–6:00a) in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The role focuses on resident and team support, daily operations, and upholding safety and quality standards in a facility with geriatric and behavioral residents.

Candidates must hold a Missouri LPN license, demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Shifts are 12 hours and may include Day or Evening rotations.
