Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings.
• Perform admission duties: MAR, TAR, POS, chart setup, physician orders, and order medications.
• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician/guardian, and arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
