Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a compassionate LPN for night shifts to provide direct resident care in a supportive team environment. You will conduct assessments, administer medications per protocol, document findings, and mentor CNAs and CMTs while upholding facility policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
