Job summary

Sycamore Trace Senior Living in Kingston, TN seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role. Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents, administer medications, monitor conditions, and document assessments.

You will collaborate with the care team to promote independence and resident wellbeing. A Tennessee LPN license and CPR certification are required; prior senior living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience in senior living or long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and state regulations
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Previous senior living, assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently
• Ability to safely assist with resident transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques
