This position reports to the Director of Assisted Living and/or Director of Memory Care. While working independently, the LPN is expected to exercise sound judgment and may assist with supervising, directing, and reviewing the work of other associates. Participation in performance evaluations and disciplinary processes may also be required.
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus – $1,250 paid after hire and $1,250 paid after 90 days of employment
