Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our skilled nursing team. We offer day and night shifts with up to $35 per hour and both full-time and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in Tennessee required.
• Experience with skilled nursing/long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for SNF and long-term care residents.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with outcome monitoring.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
