Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for day or overnight shifts in our skilled nursing facility. We offer 12-hour day or overnight shifts, full-time and part-time positions, and a broad benefits package.

You will administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, provide resident care and education, coordinate with physicians and families, and supervise CNAs. Competitive pay up to $35/hour and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
