Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for day or night shifts. We are hiring immediately and offer 12-hour shifts, with opportunities for advancement and a refreshed approach to skilled nursing.

• Current Tennessee LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
