Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our skilled nursing unit. We offer 12-hour day or overnight shifts and a competitive hourly rate up to $35.

As an LPN, you will administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, provide resident care and education, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, families, and CNAs to ensure quality care in a long-term care setting. Full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.

Responsibilities
