Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our skilled nursing facility. We offer 12-hour day or overnight shifts with competitive pay and benefits. Immediate start available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, resident care, and education for residents and families. Supervising CNAs and coordinating with the care team are also required.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work day or overnight shifts and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Administer medications, including IVs, and document accurately.
• Take and record vital signs for residents.
• Educate residents and families about care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians, NPs, families and other health professionals.
• Supervise CNAs and support staff.
