Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for day or night shifts in our skilled nursing facility. We offer 12-hour day or overnight shifts, very competitive pay up to $35/hour, and opportunities for advancement, plus recognition programs.

As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor vital signs, supervise CNAs, and provide resident care and education, collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee License-LPN required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
