Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for day or night shifts. Immediate start available. Up to $35/hour, full-time or part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
