The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care teams. The role supports medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, resident care, and education while coordinating with physicians and families.
