Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate skilled nursing care in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay, reflecting our fresh approach to nursing home care.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care and education, and effective communication with physicians, NPs, families, and the care team.

• Current License-LPN.
