The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset in New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled unit and long term care team.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care, education, and coordinating with physicians and CNAs. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay, competitive wages, and comprehensive benefits.
