Peregrine Senior Living in Orchard Park, NY is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our dedicated team. You will provide compassionate daily care to residents and help maintain a safe, supportive living environment in a memory-care focused setting.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor medications, and report changes in condition per PSL policies and physician orders. This role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and high-quality elder care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license from a state board of nursing.
• Minimum of one year experience serving a senior population.
• Compassion for and desire to work with elderly individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist in monitoring and dispensing medications per physician orders and MAR.
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding residents’ rights and facility policies.

Salary:

$23.50 -$27.50 per hour – based on experience

Shift differential offered for nights and weekends

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include:

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Assist resident with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
• Assist in monitoring medication programs.
• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
• Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with and rules and regulations and PSL policies.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Education & Experience:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population
• Compassion for and desire to work with elderly, required.
