Job summary
Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an LPN to deliver skilled nursing care in our SNF and long-term units. You will administer medications (including IVs), take vital signs, and monitor patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include resident and family education, coordinating with physicians and NPs, and supervising CNAs. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options, plus competitive benefits.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license is required.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
