Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team in the SNF and Long Term Care units. You will perform medication administration, monitor vital signs, provide resident care, and coordinate with physicians and families, while supervising CNAs.
