Job summary

The Lakes Home Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care for pediatric and adult patients in Port Charlotte, Florida. You will perform assessments, implement plans, and deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.

This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work closely with patients and their families in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
