Job summary

The Lakes Home Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in the comfort of patients' homes in Florida. This role involves working with pediatric and/or adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and delivering skilled nursing services per prescribed orders.

Qualifications include an active LPN/LVN license, current TB or Chest X-Ray, a valid BLS card, and at least one year of nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current BLS card.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
