Job summary

The Lakes Home Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes across Sarasota, FL.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care using the nursing process, delivering prescribed services, and documenting patient status. The role requires valid LPN/LVN license in the state, current TB / Chest X-ray clearance, BLS, and preferred 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
