Job summary

Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled and long-term care units. The role includes medication administration, vital sign checks, and coordination with physicians and families.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay options, and benefits such as health coverage and uniform provision. Current LPN licensure is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice in NY state.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.

• Take and record vital signs.
