Job summary
Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Coram, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care units. You will administer medications (including IVs where permitted), monitor vital signs, provide resident care and treatments, educate residents and families, and coordinate with physicians, NPs, and CNAs.
