Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for day and overnight shifts. Join a facility that offers 12‑hour shifts, frequent recognition meals, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Proficient in medication administration and vital signs.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to supervise CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit and Long-Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs as applicable.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Educate residents and families on care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs and other health professionals.
• Supervise CNAs and support staff.
