Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for day and overnight shifts. We’re adopting a fresh approach to skilled nursing and offer 12-hour day or overnight shifts with uniforms provided and advancement opportunities.

Salary is up to $35 per hour with full-time and part-time positions available. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, paid orientation and training, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN/LVN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.
• Strong communication with health care teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Medication administration including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs and document care.
• Educate residents and families about care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians, NPs, and CNAs supervision.
