Job summary

Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Medford, NY is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled unit and long-term care team. The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options, with competitive wages up to $42 per hour.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, resident care, and coordination with physicians, NPs, and families. Current LPN license required; supervising CNAs and providing resident education.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
• Ability to administer medications, including IVs.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
