Job summary

Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
Responsibilities include medication administration, including IVs, taking and recording vital signs, and providing resident care with monitoring of outcomes.

You will also educate residents and families, communicate with physicians, NPs and other health care professionals, and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
