Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for day and night shifts in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Full-time and part-time positions available with competitive wages and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), taking and recording vital signs, resident care and education, and coordinating with physicians, families and CNAs. Tennessee LPN license required.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour

Are you a LPN nurse who is tired of the same old nursing home routine? We are taking a very fresh approach to skilled nursing. We have 12 hour day and overnight shifts avaiable.
