Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring an LPN/LVN to provide skilled nursing care in our SNF and long-term care units. You will administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and deliver treatments with outcome-focused care.

The role includes resident and family education, collaboration with physicians and nurses, and supervising CNAs. Tennessee licensure as an LPN is required; both day and night 12-hour shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN) in Tennessee required.
• Experience in SNF/Long Term Care preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.
