Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our skilled nursing team in Millersville, Tennessee. We offer 12-hour day and overnight shifts, with opportunities for advancement, recognition meals, and paid uniforms.

The role includes medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, direct resident care, and collaboration with physicians and families. Supervising CNAs and providing resident education are key components.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
• Experience with skilled nursing and long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care units.
• Medication administration, including IVs; take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident and family education and monitor outcomes.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs as part of the care team.
