Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled and Long Term Care units. This role includes medication administration, vital signs, direct patient care, and coordination with physicians and families.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Current LPN license is required, with opportunities for advancement in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing duties include medication administration and vitals.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and collaborate with care team.

Responsibilities
