Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care to client employees and their dependents at our Health Center in Celebration, FL. The role supports primary care in a collaborative team and requires a valid LPN license in Florida with BLS certification. Schedule features rotating shifts: A shift 7:00 a.m.

– 5:30 p.m. and B shift 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., with availability for at least one major holiday.

Formación

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned
