Job summary

Premise Health Inc. in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care to client employees and dependents in our Health Center. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a 1–2pm lunch break.

The role combines clinical duties with front desk support to ensure efficient patient flow and records management. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an NLN-accredited program with an AS degree or equivalent, holds an active LPN/LVN license in Tennessee, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program.
• Associate degree (AS) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Currently licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice (Tennessee).
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA/ARC or equivalent) is required.
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and collaborates with healthcare providers.
• Performs and documents medical tasks including medication administration, wound care, and specimen collection as ordered.
• Maintains medical equipment and ensures a clean, safe environment; follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records with accurate, up-to-date information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Brentwood, TN. The scheduled hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm; closed for lunch from 1-2pm. We are looking for a personable and professional MA to join our team! What You’ll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice.
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders.
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
