Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for client employees and dependents at our Health Center in Celebration, FL.

Shifts include A, B and weekend rotations with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Experience in primary care is preferred; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with match, paid holidays and vacation, and wellness programs. Formación

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Currently licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA, ARC or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care with supervision under healthcare providers.
• Performs meds, wound care, and specimen collection per orders.
• Maintains equipment and a clean, safe environment per infection control.
• Keeps patient health records accurate and up-to-date.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Celebration, FL.

Schedule: Rotating shifts

• A Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• B Shift: 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Weekend Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (required every 9 weeks)

• Must be available to work at least one major holiday
• Some experience in primary care is preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
