Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse with strong phlebotomy skills to join our Health Center in Morristown, TN. The role supports client employees and dependents with care, under supervision, and aligns with Premise's patient-first approach.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30am–6:30pm, and Friday 7:30am–5:30pm, reflecting a stable schedule aimed at work-life balance within an ambulatory care setting.

Qualifications

• National League for Nursing accredited program graduate.
• Current Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• At least three years of clinical LPN/LVN experience in ambulatory care, occupational health, or ED.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and collaborative support under supervision.
• Performs and documents medical tasks including med administration, wound care, and specimen collection per provider orders.
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean, safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records with accuracy and completeness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Morristown, TN. We are seeking an LPN with strong phlebotomy skills and a passion for patient care to join our team. The scheduled hours are Tuesday - Thursday, 7:30am-6:30pm and Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm.

What You'll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
