Job summary

Premise Health Inc. seeks a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to care for client employees and dependents at our Bend Health Center. Shifts include four 10-hour blocks with rotating Saturday coverage, fostering teamwork with providers and staff.

You will perform patient care, documentation, and assist with treatments while maintaining records and infection control under supervision. LPN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in state of practice.
• ADN or nursing diploma from accredited program.
• BLS or equivalent Basic Life Support certification.

As a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in , . The scheduled hours are 4-10 hour shifts, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:30am-5:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm. Rotating one Saturday per month 8:00am-1:00pm.

What You'll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
