Job summary

Premise Health Inc. in Greer, SC is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care to client employees and their dependents at our Health Center in Greer, SC. Schedule includes a set of morning shifts and a rotating Saturday.

You will perform clinical tasks under supervision, document care, and maintain infection control and health records in a collaborative team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN-accredited program; Associate degree (A.S.) or equivalent.
• Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice; current BLS certification.
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in ambulatory care, occupational health, or ED.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under supervision.
• Performs and documents medical tasks: meds, wound care, specimen collection.
• Maintains medical equipment; ensures clean, safe environment.
• Maintains patient health records.
• Performs other duties as assigned

As a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Greer, SC.

Schedule:

Monday 7a-4:30p

Tuesday 7a-12p

Thursday 8a-5:30p

Friday 8a-4p

Saturday - Every 4th Saturday of the month 8a-12p

What You’ll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
