Zusammenfassung

Premise Health is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care for our client employees and dependents at the Health Center in Dyersburg, TN. This position offers PRN availability within clinic hours Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

You will deliver direct patient care under supervision, perform clinical tasks, maintain records, and help ensure a clean, safe environment. Prior ambulatory care experience and current LPN/LVN license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program with AS degree or equivalent.
• Current LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years' clinical experience in ambulatory, occupational health, or ED.

As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Dyersburg, TN.
PRN Availability within our clinic hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

What You’ll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
