Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric care team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The candidate will assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote wellness for residents.

Candidates should hold a valid state license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and be passionate about delivering functional therapeutic activities to enhance residents’

Qualifications

• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Must hold a license in the practice state.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Desire to perform functional activities for residents' improvement.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
