Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team on a full-time basis. The role involves supporting the PT with treatments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote residents' overall well-being in a geriatric setting.

Qualified candidates must hold a state-licensed PTA, be able to evaluate and treat independently, and show a passion for geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Geriatric population experience or passion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist PT with therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
