Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Nashville, TN seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to support mobility, pain relief and wellbeing in a skilled nursing setting. The role requires a current TN license and the ability to evaluate and treat residents independently.

Experience in SNF is preferred but not required; the team emphasizes compassionate geriatric care and functional rehabilitation to enhance residents’ daily living.

Qualifications

• Active TN PT Assistant license required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred but not required.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
