Job summary
Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Brentwood, TN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. The candidate should be passionate about geriatric care, hold a valid state license, and be able to evaluate and treat independently.
You will assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall fitness and wellness for residents in a supportive facility.
Qualifications
- Must hold a state license to practice physical therapy.
- Geriatric population passion and care mindset.
- Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
- SNF experience preferred but not required.

Job description
Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
